How professional support works
Verification comes first
We verify licenses and credentials before any professional qualification is recorded internally or represented publicly. Selecting a profession on a form is a statement of interest, not a credential.
Scoped engagements
We define the scope in writing — a clinic day, a policy review, a repair, a filing — so both sides know what's being donated.
Veterinary care stays under licensed direction
All medical decisions for animals in our care remain with licensed veterinary professionals operating within their scope of practice.
No implied authority
Professional volunteers are not authorized to perform rescues, handle wildlife or restricted species, or represent the organization publicly unless separately authorized.
